This Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all products, services, and tools provided by JustHackIt (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) including, but not limited to, the ThreatIntelzz Bot, dashboards, feeds, malware analysis tools, dark web monitoring, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with this AUP and acknowledge the Disclaimer below. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Disclaimer of Liability

1.1 Educational & Defensive Use Only

All tools, data, and reports provided by JustHackIt are intended solely for educational, research, and defensive cybersecurity purposes.

1.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, all feeds, reports, and data are provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

1.3 No Liability for Misuse

JustHackIt shall not be held liable for:

• Any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from misuse of our Services.
• Any unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized activity performed using our platform.
• Any reliance placed on our feeds, alerts, or reports for security decisions.

1.4 Third-Party Links & Data

Our Services may include information, feeds, or links from third-party sources. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our Services only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Using Services for unauthorized access (“hacking”), intrusion, or exploitation of systems.
• Engaging in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or distribution of malware.
• Using data obtained from our Services to harm individuals, businesses, or governments.

2.2 Misuse of Tools

• Running scans, lookups, or malware analysis on systems, files, or data you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
• Using the ThreatIntelzz Bot or dashboard outputs to enable attacks, exploits, or malicious activity.

2.3 Security Violations

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or bypass security measures in our Services.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our data without prior written authorization.

2.4 Abuse of Resources

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or copyrighted files for scanning.
• Overloading our systems through denial-of-service attacks, abusive automation, or misuse of free services.

3. Responsible Security Research

We encourage responsible vulnerability research and disclosure. If you discover a security issue related to our Services, please follow our Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access.
• Reporting of illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Legal action for damages caused to JustHackIt, its partners, or third parties.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JustHackIt, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of this AUP.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This AUP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krishnanagar Court, Nakashipara, West Bengal, India.
