Welcome to JustHackIT (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, products, services, Telegram bot(s), APIs, and dashboards, including but not limited to justhackit.in and its subdomains such as threatintelzz.justhackit.in (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

• Our Services are provided “as is” and are intended solely for lawful cybersecurity research, security analysis, and related educational/business purposes.
• You must not misuse our Services, including but not limited to:
  • Unauthorized hacking, malware distribution, phishing, spam, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Bypassing security features or accessing restricted areas without authorization.
  • Uploading or distributing illegal content, malicious software, or data that violates applicable law.
• Violation of these terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal action without prior notice.

2. Account & Access

• No traditional login accounts are required for our main website.
• For ThreatIntelzz Bot and Dashboard:
  • Access is provided via Telegram ID & Username verification.
  • Temporary session-based JWT tokens (30-minute expiry on inactivity).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account and access links/tokens.
• Any action performed under your verified identity is your sole responsibility.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Certain Services (such as ThreatIntelzz Bot) allow file uploads (e.g., EXE, PDF, images) for analysis.
• Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 90 days unless required by law.
• You warrant that:
  • You own or have the right to upload the files.
  • Your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Your uploads do not contain unlawful, offensive, or malicious content.
• We are not liable for loss, theft, or corruption of uploaded content.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit cards, UPI, etc.).
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and valid only for the purchasing user.
• Refunds:
  • Available within 7 days of purchase, subject to review.
  • Not issued if services are consumed/delivered or terms violated.
• Cancellations: contact support@justhackit.in.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Unauthorized penetration testing of third-party systems.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or harmful code.
• Violating Indian law (IT Act, 2000 and amendments).
• Uploading illegal, copyrighted, or offensive material.
• Harassment, stalking, or privacy violations.

Violation may result in permanent ban, data deletion, legal reporting, or prosecution.

6. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if:
  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Your actions pose security, legal, or reputational risks.
• Termination does not affect our right to damages or legal remedies.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, branding, and design elements of JustHackIT are owned by us.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
• Unauthorized copying, resale, or modification is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services & APIs

• Our Services rely on third-party APIs and providers.
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.
• Failures or delays from third parties are beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustHackIT and its team (including founder Hrisikesh Pal) are not liable for:
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
  • Misuse of Services by third parties or users.
  • Legal consequences of unlawful activities by users.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
