At JustHackIT (โCompanyโ, โweโ, โourโ, โusโ), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our cybersecurity tools, services, and subscriptions. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a cancellation or refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the original purchase or subscription payment.
- Digital products, subscriptions, and services that have already been delivered, activated, or consumed may not be eligible for a refund unless they are found to be faulty, inaccessible, or materially different from what was advertised.
- One-time services (such as analysis reports, file scanning, or one-off tool usage) are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Services already consumed or fully delivered.
- Subscription renewals where the cancellation request was not made before the next billing cycle.
- Discounts, promotional offers, or trial-based upgrades.
- Cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting
support@justhackit.in.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to
support@justhackit.in with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Payment Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, Stripe account).
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made, please contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension and denial of future services.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:
- The request is made outside the 7-day window.
- There is evidence of service misuse or fraudulent activity.
- The claim is unsubstantiated or made in bad faith.
